Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at The Ginger Corner (thegingercorner.com). We take pride in offering high-quality ginger products to our customers. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any food items. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers, as we cannot guarantee the condition, storage, or handling of food products once they have left our facility.

This applies to all products sold on our website, including but not limited to ginger chews, ginger candies, variety packs, and bundles.

Damaged or Defective Products

While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of every order we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following with your request:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • A photo of the shipping packaging

Once we verify the issue, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be found, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

If tracking information shows your package is still in transit, please allow the full estimated delivery window before reaching out. Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or weather conditions.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process and ship orders quickly, so we can only guarantee cancellation if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard no-return policy applies.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases where we send a replacement for a damaged or defective order, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement.
