Thank you for shopping at The Ginger Corner. We want to get your ginger chews to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $29.99 or more. No coupon code needed — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Orders under $29.99 will be charged a shipping fee based on the rates calculated at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout by our carrier partners. We pass along discounted shipping rates through our platform so you always receive a competitive price. The exact cost will depend on the weight of your order, the size of the package, and your delivery address.

You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase so there are no surprises.

Shipping Carriers

We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. For each order, we select the carrier that offers the earliest estimated delivery date to your address. You do not need to choose a carrier — we handle that for you to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping: All orders ship via standard shipping by default. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Standard shipping is free on orders of $29.99 or more.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Expedited delivery is typically 1 to 3 business days depending on your location and the carrier selected.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Please double-check your address before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update the address before the package ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your package on the carrier website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a refund as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, your building office, or any secure location where the carrier may have left the package. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Holiday and Peak Season Shipping

During holidays and peak shopping seasons, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to increased carrier volume. We recommend ordering early during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
