Cancellation policy

Some products in our store are available as a subscription. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how you can manage, change, or cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a product as a subscription, you will receive the same item delivered to you automatically once every month. You receive a discount on every delivery as a thank you for subscribing.

Your payment method will be stored securely and you will be charged automatically each month before your order is shipped. The discounted subscription price will be applied to every delivery for as long as your subscription is active.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email contains a link to your order where you can:

  • Skip a month if you have too much product on hand
  • Change your shipping address
  • Update your payment method
  • Cancel your subscription

Changes made before your next billing date will take effect for the upcoming delivery. Changes made after your billing date will apply to the following month.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees and no questions asked. To cancel, use the link in your order confirmation email to access your subscription settings.

If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again and no further deliveries will be sent. If you cancel after your next billing date, your current order will still be processed and shipped, and no further orders will be placed after that.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Since our products are food items, individual subscription deliveries are not eligible for returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Reactivating a Subscription

If you cancel your subscription and later decide you want to restart it, simply visit our website and subscribe again. Please note that pricing and availability may have changed since your original subscription.
